Congratulations! That is so awesome!

What an exciting time! I remember being afraid my wedding dress was not going to fit due to my lack of control over girl scout cookies!!  Thankful for Dr. Lewis’ 5 bite diet!  It gives is back the control!

Thank you! I am feeling better and wearing smaller pants/shorts!! Definitely feel like I am on a roll!

I am always surprised how quickly aches, pains, and joints feel when you lose a few pounds.

Still here and going strong!!! Did bars yesterday, today and committing to bars until Saturday. 11 dieting days to wedding. Let’s see what this body can do !!!!

Wow!! Amazing job Allison. So thrilled for you. Dr Lewis’s diet works best when done to the letter. I’ve also tried to tweak in the past and it just stalls the process.

I hear ya. I have had so many false starts. I just recently asked my doc for medicine to help me.  It is helping me stick to it finally!   It is new, so time will tell.  But I am finally feeling like I can do this as written!

I just can’t find the motivation

I know.  Wanting to be healthy like Dr Lewis says should be my motivation.  I know with spinal fusions that should be plenty.  I think I just don’t care about myself.  Maybe loosing weight I will care after I feel what it’s like to be that way agsin.

I work from home too.  I bought a cute kitchen open/closed sign as a visual reminder when not to get food!  It was from amazon.  It helps me especially at night when watching tv.

Also get the food out of sight.  It helps so much not to “see” food on the kitchen counters when you are home. Amazing trick really! Out of sight is out of mind!…[Read more]
