How have you been doing lately?

You’re so right Beth, that is such a great feeling, maybe that thought will keep me out of the cupboards today!
It’s been so quiet here on the forum lately! Hope everyone is doing ok.

Alright let’s do another perfect day, today feels harder, it’s 10 in the morning and I already had a my snickers because I’m feeling headache and really tired, but I just have to push through until dinner time, if I keep pushing then I should be down to my own goal by Saturday and then I can decide by then if I want to go even further.
