I don’t make any specific posting committment because, while sometimes taking photos of my meals and posting them online inspires and motivates me, at other times taking meal photos is impossible or inconvenient.

Good job, Dr. Collins. I love your posts, but I DO recommend sharing your food before you get to your five bites. Maybe what’s left over after the food has been picked through won’t be worth eating (much), or there will be less than 5 bites left. All the sooner to the finish line!!!
