Gayle, you do look like a movie star! It’s awesome to be skinny, you always feel comfortable in your own skin when you know you look amazing!! So happy for you, hope you stay on the forum for a little while, I need your enthusiastic encouragement to get me back to skinny, I miss it!

AND … don’t you feel GREAT about the meal 30 minutes later? A hour later? Even the next day? Doesn’t the ENJOYMENT of eating perfectly last SO MUCH longer than the enjoyment of eating too much?

Dinner: 2 bites of bread with tomatoes and onions. 1 bite of ricotta cheese. 2 bites of sausage and bread.

Perfect 5 bites with 40 slow chewing. To get out the greatest pleasure from food.
