I would love to be in maintenance! I’m not sure how to maintain but I guess your body will adjust to your new lower weight and eventually want to stay there. I happy you are doing so well!!!

I eat slower my bites also not to remain with an empty dish or full with people starring at me and asking “don’t you like it?”

Lunch. 5 PERFECT bites of pasta with ricotta cheese.
Chewed 40 times each to prolong pleasure and eat slower.

I know that it FEELS like you’re back at square one but you’re not. You still have experience under your belt that has prepared you for this moment. Look at it like practice and NOW you are ready to finish and ace your race!! I’m cheering you for the sidelines!! Go go go!!

You are right! Sometimes I do not have enough patience. I need to work more on it tellimg me “wait a little, it will pass”.
You are loosing weight.

When you are feeling a little dizzy, you are TRULY using up excess reserves of fat, and your BP is dropping a little. This is GREAT! But please be patient: it will take a day or so for those symptoms to resolve. Great work! :cheer:

Today, down 3 pounds from yesterday. Almost back to what I had lost. Thinking another day or two will do it.

So true! Perfection is where it is at. My mind is finally cleared of emotional garbage, and I know that I deserve perfection. I deserve skinny. I deserve fit and healthy. So I am out to get it. No excuses.
