I love that! Almost 20% to my goal weight. That sounds so doable.

Day 3 is done. It wasn’t easy. I had more bites than I should have but still stayed under 20 for the day.

Im going in to tomorrow strong and ready to fight for what I want

Another perfect day down! We went on another family bike ride then I had a Snickers for lunch and an afternoon stroll before dinner, at which we grilled Italian sausage, it was very tasty so I skipped the sides and used all 5 bites for the sausage.

Today begins day 3 and I’m already feeling hungrier than yesterday. But I got on the scale this morning and I’m already down 6lbs in 2 days. No turning back for me. Today will be another 5 bite day.
