Thanks everyone! Today I weighed in and I’m down 11 pounds! I am pleased! This week I plan to keep breakfast (coffee) and lunch (Snickers) the same but switch my dinner thinking from 5 bites to 5 tastes to be sure I’m not over biting. I feel great!

I’m ready to go!! Plan: Set hunger stat over next 4 days before going out of town with friends for the weekend. Social situations are difficult for me so setting myself up for success.

Im glad I joined Slimming Station again 😊

Great. It’s the beginning of a new week. Try and set a benchmark standard for what your body is capable of losing over a 7-day stretch if you eat PERFECTLY. You don’t ever need to do it again as long as you live, but you’ll have a standard by which you can judge all other weeks.
