I didn’t go all the way to my goal before- I think I got overly confident. Now I am in it for the whole distance! We can do it!

Thanks for all of the support,  I know I need a routine that I don’t over think things.  I find coming off a fast that I do good for a few days then just fall back into the same old eating routine.   I had a good day yesterday and I am expecting to have a good one today

I’m still working on my 5 bites. It’s been challenging. I have been eating so much less than before and have been very mindful of my bites and my portions. Ready for another day

Welcome Brooks. I’ve tried the fasting route as well. I did lose weight but because I hadn’t learned how to control portion sizes I gained it all back and then some

Today went great! Another perfect day! Coffee, vitamin, Snickers, 5 tastes broccoli Alfredo.

8 days down, 112 to go!

Best tip is read and reread the book then watch all the chats until you hear Dr. Lewis on an endless loop in your head!
