Well a challenging evening but I came out of the restaurant feeling great. I adhered to my plan and had a bite of salad , a bite of onion soup, a bite of filet minion , a bite of brussel sprout and a bite of key lime pie. Really had enjoyable conversation with hubbie and waiter.
