Go for it Laura! We are all rooting for you. It is actually easier, after a few days, to eat less than more. I know that sounds counter-intuitive but your cravings and hunger diminish with less food. Probably related to some hormonal reason that Dr. Lewis could explain. I know for me, the less I eat, the less hungry I am.

Hi Dr. Lewis. I was derailed. I was 196.8 today after eating pizza, Chinese and soup this weekend. I am committed to bars this week. I have to give myself a solid week of actually doing it and winning. I know I can do it.
