Hi everyone!

My weight stands firm at 117 but it’s going to whoosh down soon!! This is my process.

Busy day today and tomorrow and then I will have time to play and relax. No indulging or eating off plan till well into low goal.

My next eating out engagement is not until Oct 14. Going to avoid eating out till then.

Great, Lynda.  Even if you need to add a splash of milk to your coffee and sit down, that’s FAR, FAR better than nibbling.  So do just that!  

I love it Lynda.  Yes–your skin should “loosen,” but will again firm up when you get to your goal and plateau.

Only thing, Katie–be a little careful of too many “diet” or “zero” calorie drinks.  Remember: ONLY water has 0 calories.

What I’ve noticed hovering at my current weight is all my skin has firmed up. So I’m looking forward to loose skin again in the next downhill push. I’m sticking to the bars so I dont stress about my bite size for a few days.

So its taken me a while to get me head in the game again. And I really need to focus after 3pm , take my 5 bites, then be done with it. I’m struggling a bit with my usual ice coffee. I prefer it with a dash of milk, so if I’m tempted to keep picking after 5pm, I’m going to make my iced coffee and sit down somewhere.

I watched my 2 grandchildren everyday last week and tried to do my job.  I was exhausted.  I was hurting and I’m back to negative thoughts this week.   I did not take the time to journal.  No loss. But no gain.
