I’ll let you know. We sound like kindred spirits- it makes me hungrier too but I’ll try anything. If I get a pack of gum I chew one piece after the other. I like how Dr Lewis said it won’t hurt.

That sounds great. Would love your review of the gum. Gum seems to make me hungrier. Maybe this gum will be different.

This is why I always stress to my patients to read a little bit from the book everyday.  Just enough to go through the motions to KEEP YOU HONED IN on the target.  I don’t want you to give up or lose sight of where we are going.  It is a true wonderland.

The Alert Gum you and Dr Lewis were discussing Monday, I found on Amazon! I’ve ordered some and I’m excited to try it! It’s also available for autoship. I’ll let you know how it is tomorrow when I get it.

YES!!–Great realization!:  The flavors of what you do eat, when you are just eating five bites and nothing else, are dramatically enhanced.  We all should eat this way just if only for this one benefit!
