Yes. I do need to practice throwing food away. I saw a donut that I wanted today but didn’t buy it because it was more than 5 bites.
I think I will get something like that and take 5 bites and pitch the rest.

One thing I have noticed is that the extra bites at the moment are taken almost mindlessly. It flashes through my mind briefly that I should not eat it and then I eat it anyway. You are right, Rebekah! 40 mg–a little less than half a cup of coffee. So if you don’t like coffee, chew 2-3x/day!

I guess the mg doses vary: I thought they had 180 mg, the equivalent of almost 2 cups of coffee. I’ll have to look into this more.

I also hate eating at home bc seem to mess it up this last week. Even today. Good at lunch, bar for dinner but then I couldn’t not have Chilean sea bass that I bought for the family. But maybe still not a terrible day, just not a good one. Thanks everyone for your thoughts. Up 5 lbs since last sun. 121 today. Goal is 113

That’s great advice Susan! Walking helps me so much too. Just running away from the food and temptations help me. I hate this cold spell we’ve had that’s put me inside for three days! It’s good. It’s mint gum, doesn’t taste bad. Supposed to have the equivalent to 1/2 cup of coffee in each piece. It’s a good little pick me up when I don’t want to brew a pot or go get coffee.

Not sure if it would help you to label your bars with the day and time you are to eat them. This has helped me in the past and so I started doing this again today.

I’m not sure what that stomache ache was. The potato chips were spicy buffalo flavored. 🔥
I upgraded my husband from “loving supporter” to “accountability partner”. Lol. We have today and tomorrow off together and he is going to help me stay on track. I labeled my bars with date and time to be eaten and will have nothing else to eat.
