Well…I tried going it alone on this plan. Failed and gained everything back (12 pounds). I realize the community here is more essential than I thought. Restarted a few days ago at 172. I repeat that several times a day! 

Susan, I just wanted to say thank you so much for the quotes!   I’m in my first week of doing the full five bite, and it’s really difficult.  But the quotes have helped a lot.  So thank you for posting!

So my company is all gone and I am getting back into a normal routine. I have weigh in tomorrow and although I have not been on the scale all week I am thinking that I am with in a pound or so of where I was last week.
