I am just going to do 2 snickers tomorrow- I like them, but I don’t “love” them so it’s easy to not overeat on them. I’m excited to get back on it!!

It was an awesome talk! And fun meeting you and Neil “in person” finally. Like ships in the night, we kept passing each other on this journey, but never on it at the same time. I have this great feeling that we are all getting to goal together this time!

Hi Everyone

I am going to do a BAR CHALLENGE Wednesday to Friday! I may extend but committed to at least three days. Resetting on bars has always been helpful since it is an exact amount and takes the guesswork out.

Welcome back Amy!! You can so do it. I am doing a bar challenge tomorrow through friday!! It’s the best way to reset since sizes are exact. No guesswork.

Wow! Yesterday was a crazy day. I was studying up until our chat last night. Then right after, jumped into my MBA statistics final. Yikes! With all that stress, I was surprised that I ate less!!! Finished my first meal with an Isreal Snickers equivalent – left the table after I ate it. Truly a great feeling as the Doctor says knowing that I can do something most people can’t or don’t – eating a 5 bites and only 5.

It was nice getting to be on a call with both you and Gayle. I feel like we have each been on this journey at different times in the past few years, in one way or another, but never at the same time. Like passing ships in the night. LOL.

Very committed – two days in. The Zoom meeting was very motivating and gave me clarity to get my 6 week sprint to the finish done.

I appreciate everyone that showed up – each person brings some more insight to the meeting.

So two days in and down over 6 pounds !
