Today has been pretty good – I tried a protein bar for my first meal and it was terrible so I threw it away after 2 nibbles on it. Second meal was redeemed with the glorious snickers bar! I am now fighting the urge to eat extra since I didn’t have 10 total bites today – probably going to be bedtime for me early tonight!

Just a little under 10 pounds!  I’m okay with that, but will need to make sure I’m being vigilant with a “normal-to-small” bite size after we are done with this bar challenge.

Day 1 done!

Your jeans are just one of the many benefits of getting thin.  PLEASE fill up on the image of you wearing those jeans around, and keep up your great mindset.  You are going to do great!!

Grrr….dealing with head hunger today, not necessarily stomach hunger.  I am feeling so strong though.  I have every smaller size of jeans in my closet, so at lunch (instead of eating), I pulled out the smaller ones and imagined how awesome I was going to feel wearing them.  Kind of silly, but it’s a good visual reminder of goals.

I’ll join you!!  I should have plenty of bars if I can keep my hubby out of my stash.

Okay – next week I will just hang out for a bit!!!  I was thinking I got the time wrong because of the time zone change at first.

Today is going to be another great day!  Tomorrow will be my first weigh in, and I’m hoping for a double digit loss.

Today was as easy as it can get, I think.  I was so busy at work, that I forgot to have my first meal, so I only had one 5 bite meal today.  I feel hungry now, but I also feel awesome!

I did try to join the chat, but maybe it wasn’t on for tonight?

Another perfect day – down 1.2 pounds – feels great. It’s my day to update my weight tracker – ten pounds in one week !
