This is the PERFECT time to do a diet.

1) If you have to go to the bathroom all the time, which always happens to me on diets, who cares? You’re at home . . . It used to be a real barrier when I had a long commute. Only yuck bathrooms on BART . . or gas station restrooms if driving, for example!

I can already see a huge difference in how I feel. No diarrhea. Eating less. Doing better without the milk

I’m so happy to hear it. I LOVE the fact that you found a bar you are comfortable with. You can always go back to that bar to readjust your portion sizes. Keep up the great work!!

Dr Lewis, Thank you for the milk and lactose advise. I can do that. I saw The bars I have eaten forever have milk. So I will avoid those too. I think if I feel better it will be easier to follow the 5 bite diet. Thank you for the advice! I really appreciate it.

I am back with avengence. Decided this morning at 132 pounds today after yoga with a very red face to push on down to 120 pounds.
