I remember the realization that I was not focusing (obsessing) on food and dieting and needed something new to focus on!! There is so much mind space once this clears!! It is really interesting!

Yah!!! Congrats!! I have listened to the chats over and over for the past 1.5+ years. I especially do that when I am seeking inspiration or motivation. It helps so much for me.
