We are the elite going through the holidays losing weight instead of gaining!! New years day is just another day for us!! I am so relieved!! 9 days of feasting on all the things on vacation – but trying to enjoy the flavors and be mindful of hunger – and I gained “only” 2 pounds!! I am so excited!!! Never give up! As long as you keep doing 5 bite days – you will get to the finish line! Just focus on keeping the 5 bite day perfect today. Only focus on today. You can tackle tomorrow tomorrow. -
