For now, I am determined to use this 5-bite diet as a daily tool!! We get to take 5 bites of whatever we want twice a day!

Welcome back!!! Share as you feel comfortable. I think that helps us stay on track! But at any rate / the other thing that helps is committing to the process and sticking with it no matter what until goal!
