I just googled it. I think I remember looking at that many years ago, but because I have a hiatal hernia – it was not a good option. The only caution I would have is that by definition it fills up the stomach (extending it really) which would keep your hungerstat bigger overall. As we discussed on the zoom – 4×4 = 16 pounds a month! That is 208 pounds a year!!!! Still amazing!!!
