Hi everyone, I intentionally took a break from dieting and I gained a bit over the past two weeks. Today is a new focus day for me. I am getting back to my routine!!

I am on Spring break next week, so not sire what we will be doing.
Keep up the good work! i lived in Alaska as a bay through 2 years old. I don’t remember it.

I have been hovering around the same weight for a couple of weeks. I think my body likes the current (past) set point!

I do three perfect days per week. I don’t let anything sway me on those days. The other days, I try to eat mindfully.

I will update my weight tracker Monday, but I saw the 100s this morning finally!!! My body was not cooperating for about a week!! I haven’t been this weight since 1998!! That was the first time I joined ww to lose weight! So I guess I am back at square one.
