I am enjoying my cruise and final maintenance break before I re-focus. I used Dr. Lewis’ advice for a prior vacation and piled my plate with everything I wanted to try. I mostly took one bite of each!!
I have a couple more days!

I stuck to two or three meals a day – depending on hunger. I didn’t limit any type of food. I ate until satisfied. I tried to not finish any food ever (did great most of the time). I don’t let myself graze or eat between meals (to easy to add up). I did not count bites ever.

My maintenance break for a month was a success. I stayed pretty much the same. I am back on my plan today – A perfect 5-bite day!

Vacation maintenance week resulted in +2 pounds gain. Not upset – but surprised. I felt like I was eating very little. I was not finishing any food and in many cases eating a small fraction of food. But I am fine with the 2-pound gain. It is a reminder how very little we need in food.

Happy to report -1 more pound during a very stressful week of dance practice/end of year show and visitors.
I have a short vacation trip starting Wednesday. I am just looking to “not gain” on vacation.

Btw – they will make a mexi melt if you ask them! I think it is soft taco with meat, cheese, tomato and onion.

Great to see!! My daughter’s birthday is the day before yours! I am in vacation month myself! I have several trips in a row interspersed with crazy work deadlines. I am hoping to not gain!
