I fought my inner dialog hard for this one pound net loss! I actually went up several pounds during the week and then back down. Happy to reach another milestone -140 pounds!!! It occurred to me today, one of the best things about my slimming station membership is the accountability it fosters in me. I get hungry around 10-11 am – and I take my caffeine pill. I always wait until 1 pm for lunch (clock watcher). The days I give in always do not bode well for getting to dinner at 6 pm. I manage the hunger and keep my 5 bite days perfect. The days I am not on plan, I still get hungry at the same times.

My brother has done well with carnivore. I love that I can have anything on this diet. I personally would never give up carbs. But I am happy this diet works with all preferences.
