I am slowly making progress every week with my modified plan. I am still doing three days a week on the diet and four days a week relaxed. But on my relaxed days, I am trying to never finish food and trying to stick to three meals a day and trying to not go overboard, which is really teaching me to learn to eat better overall. I just looked. Reminds me of Lisa Rinna’s physique. I cannot imagine ever being that thin. Even when I weighed 110 pounds – I was not thin like that. -
