Yesterday my GP told me I am too thin for being 54. Accordingly to him, I have a higher risk of osteoporosis than other women fatter than me. I have an anorexic look 👀.

however I still pinch fat around my bellybutton.

My BMI is 17.8, so technically I’m underweight. However, I still notice some stubborn fat around my stomach that just doesn’t seem to go away.
