I have had another perfect 5 bite day and it was much easier today. I don’t feel as hungry, which is great.

Congrats Allison. Great news. Now I am back to my low weight, I am going to try not to weigh too often. I just can’t seem to help myself lol

I am now back to my pre- Europe weight in 4 days – I dropped 1.7lbs before focusing back on 5 bites. This feels like magic, but hopefully the hunger settles

So I am back to below what I was before I went away. So happy about this. It has been a tough few days though. Hopefully I can start to settle into a routine now and keep my hungerstat low. Hope you are doing well Elizabeth

Day 1 – down 6lbs – yay me

I gained 14.5lbs while in Europe for 4.5 weeks.

Today I had a perfect 5 bite day. I am back on track and the 14 will be gone quickly.

Europe was amazing. I ate way too much but also walked a lot. The food was amazing but honestly forgettable. The experiences were unforgettable.

Looking forward to the next call

This was not chaffing on my thighs, it was my lower legs. Never had it before. I thankfully never suffer from chaffing

We did a night out in Cologne Germany and I got home that night, took long dress off and saw what looked like a rash on the lower parts of the inside of both my legs. I thought I had an allergy but self diagnosed it as what they call golfers vasculitis or Disney rash. Looks so awful. Thankful it is going away quickly. Just one more reason to lose…[Read more]

Very nice idea. My flight time is 34 hours to get home. Plus a 3 hour train trip. Perfect time to do it

I am enjoying every minute of Europe, but I just know I am overeating, so can’t wait to get home and get back on the 5BD. I hate to think how much weight I have put on even though I am moving way more. No scales to see my weight. I wish I bought my little ones with me now. 2 weeks to go and I can be back on track.
