And my body is not happy with me. When will I learn? I need to remember this feeling next time I decide it is a good idea to overdo it. This is after what would be my best ever 5 bite week. Disappointed in myself and I didn’t even enjoy most of the food

I had to laugh when Michael said Keurig and Nespresso is coffee for those who have lost the will to live lol. Dr says I can’t afford one of those $3000 machines and he says I’ll send you one lol
