I am nowhere near my goal – but I have learned the habit of not finishing food. It is a really good thing to help us! I recommend everyone make an effort to make it a habit.

I love that you said listen to your stomach instead of your mouth because that is really really good advice, and something I have never thought of. So glad!!! I learned from Dr L past videos to take on our challenging foods. It is amazing we can learn to have power over formerly “red light” foods. I am no longer afraid to have anything in the house!!!
