I hear you – and I have been there. The magical thing about the approach I have done is that I learned to change the all or none thinking by doing the alternate day approach. It has been such a gift! It sounds counter intuitive. But it has been a miracle.

We are the elite going through the holidays losing weight instead of gaining!! New years day is just another day for us!!
