It will happen! My real starting weight is 321, but I had lost some before Slimming Station.

I agree on the no daily weighing – I think I need to stop too. My best weeks were when I didn’t peak!

That is the best!!!! Enjoying vacation and getting right back on!! Regain pounds feel the worst!!! Happy for you!!! So far, I have lost -3 of my regain. Hoping for a couple more before Monday’s weigh-in.

We had a nice chat tonight. Joined dejected from a ‘gain’ week, and left energized to make this week a successful one!! We can do it one day at a time! Never giving up!

Hi everyone,

I am here and a few pounds up from my recent low. I am struggling to make progress due to stress. But I am trying to maintain composure and not turn to food. That is my focus this week. Just managing life without more gain.
