Great way to stay focused!!

I remember the realization that I was not focusing (obsessing) on food and dieting and needed something new to focus on!! There is so much mind space once this clears!!  It is really interesting!

Ava – just keep going.  Any day with less carbon than before is still a good day!

I am sticking with it!  This has been my saving grace!!  I am not stopping until my project is done!!!

Yah!!!  Congrats!!  I have listened to the chats over and over for the past 1.5+ years.  I especially do that when I am seeking inspiration or motivation. It helps so much for me.  Glad you conquered the day!!!

My husband’s dad spent his childhood in Palmetto.  It is far from me though.

Thank you Ava!!  It is a real blessing having our projects documented in the zoom chats.  I highly recommend it!! Haha  whenever I have a challenge – I look back and see how far I have come. #1 – never quit until you finish!  That overrides any bad week!
