Cheering you on!  I did well before my cruise.  Routine is supreme!!! For me, I have found that protecting the routine is the major difference between successful and ho hum weeks!

I really appreciate your long post about all the benefits of this plan.  I relate to all of them as well!!  This has been the only plan that has taught me control like no other! Quite frankly, that has been a miracle for me!

Hope you get some relief.

I think this is exemplified in some of the things I have tried here.  For example, leaving food behind at every meal, taking a bite of my favorite things and throwing away the rest, having my res light foods and not finishing them (captain crunch berries).  It does get easier.
