I bought some 5 hr energy “shot” drinks to get some caffeine in. That was something that helped me a great deal back when I was doing well with my routine. I also have my sparkling waters!

I found diet sodas were impacting me too.  I started trying various unflavored sparking waters. Topo Chico tastes the best to me.  But I have learned to drink several brands.  I love the fizz.  They help me get through the diet days.
