I am looking forward to recommitting to my routine whan I return from vacation!

Oh my goodness!!! Don’t know what to say.

Never give up! As long as you keep doing 5 bite days – you will get to the finish line!  Just focus on keeping the 5 bite day perfect today. Only focus on today.  You can tackle tomorrow tomorrow.

It will be somewhere between the two 40-80!! just keep going week after week and forget any slip ups as if they never happened.

  Hope the move is going well!  Usually moves are the one time I DON’t have time to focus on food obsession.
