Who all is active here? Tell us about you. Are you in weight-loss mode? Maintenance mode?

I am in weight-loss mode and have just gotten to a new low number on the scale that I haven’t seen in 12 years!! I will update my tracker Monday.

I asked a similar question in the fb group. When I first tried this, I would feel ok with 5 bites, then 20-30 minutes later I would get a primal hunger sensation. Thanks for the encouragement Rachel!! I see you have your PhD – what is it in? I have a doctorate of education in curriculum and instruction (focus was online teaching and learning).

I am now back down to the weight I was when I dropped out of the slimming station two years ago!! As Dr. Lewis says – it’s all new territory from here on out!
