Today went fine. I am only slightly hungry now. Morning was the most hunger today. Hoping day 3 tomorrow gets better with hunger.

I finished day 1! I had to negotiate with myself a few times today to stick to it (it is helping that I am pretending I had gastric bypass today). I also think my bites were too big. Yes, Dr. Lewis – I will do snickers tomorrow day 2.

Thanks!! I will try to join the call tonight – hoping I get home in time. I didn’t stick with it long enough last time I did 5 bite, but other ways have not worked for me in the past 1.5 years. I am pretending like I got gastric bypass today, which helps to sticking to it!

Rachel, when I was in graduate school, I had to promise myself not to gain 30 pounds, as I had done that with both previous degrees (stress eating/celebrating) !! It is amazing you are able to keep it together while also finishing school!!
