Thanks!  I am finding day 4 and now 5 so hard.  I was off work today, but decided to take a long nap just to get through the hunger! Really hoping this gets better.  Down -10 pounds so that’s the good part! I will post the weigh-in officially on Monday.

Thank you!  Today is day 3.  I am still finding mornings to be my hungriest time.   The scale is my best friend today!!  It has gone down both days. Today I saw a number I have not seen since 2021!!

Today went fine.  I am only slightly hungry now.  Morning was the most hunger today. Hoping day 3 tomorrow gets better with hunger.
