Hi everyone – happy to report I am on a roll again with my reset! Down -10 pounds in a week at today’s weigh-in!! Going for a repeat this week. My total is -16 with 5-bite and -42 from my all time high.

I just took 5 bites of food. I don’t do well on the bars – meaning I cannot stop after a candy bar.

Thank you!! Yes 5 perfect bites today. I am going to stop the diet drinks cold turkey. I saw a chat from 2015 where the members were discussing losing more without them! -

I have had a not great week, but I am not giving up!! I am going to restart tomorrow (Saturday). I don’t believe I have every been through three perfect days in a row yet – which probably explains why I keep starting/stopping.
