I have gone through periods of time where I feel like my body is fighting against me to put weight back on.   I am on the dnd of one of those phases now.  Here’s to fighting on!!!

Woohoo!!!!! The scale keeps us guessing, but always believe those lowest weights and never believe the high ones!!!

Sharlet – my advice – change your profile to match your actual weight.  Somehow it helps.  I cannot explain it.  But it does.  You’ve got this!

I hear you and I am sorry for any loss that you might be referring to. Sometimes you really do just need a break though, and it makes you stronger when you start back. Cheering you on! I share one of the hardest seasons I have experienced. And working on getting my mojo back! Time marches on.

Small portions more frequently does seem like a great idea!!! That way you keep your hunger-stat low. Hope that works well!!  Thank you for sharing!

I am so impressed with your dedication. Do you plan on continuing to track long-term? Or do you have some sort of goal that you’re hoping to maintain and then you won’t have to track? I’m curious for my own self.

What I am learning from your sharing is that goal weight is the beginning of a new way of tracking!  Something I wish I had learned in the 1980s!!!!
