In case you did not get to watch the recorded video, Dr. Lewis said that there would not be a chat on August 11. He will see us again on August 18 in the zoom chat.

Hi Sharlet,I am back on my alternating pattern routine. I am committed to the process and not letting myself give in on my 5 bite days. Each day I check off, I am feeling stronger in that commitment.

One question that I have is your “plateau” a weight you held for some time previously?
