I am a beginner myself. I lost a couple years ago and disappeared and recently joined back. I think the tip I have used is drinking water when I feel like I just can’t continue without food. I also have to space my meals so my dinner is about 3 hours before I go to bed. Any earlier and I am too hungry.

I am back on track starting today. I lost focus for a couple of weeks. I hope everyone is doing well!! Dr. Lewis helped me in the chat last night to talk through the determination to just get this done!! 5 bites x twice a day!!

I wish I knew the feeling (too far from goal right now). I think that people will say things from jealousy. I would just refer to the healthy bmi range to shit them up. Do what’s right for you!!!
