I fell asleep early and just woke up again – I was not feeling well today.  Hope to join next week!

Gayle – I have started reserving my diet drink for the evening when I want a little something for tv time.  I tell myself water all day until my nightly treat of one diet drink.  My days do go better when I don’t have the diet sweetened drinks throughout the day.  Btw – I don’t drink coffee or tea (just cannot due to picky eater syndrome haha).
