I am planning to be there tonight. I am on a roll with a modified pattern I discussed with Dr. Lewis.  I am feeling great!  I am looking forward to the discussion tonight!  I have reviewed many archived chats and gotten so much inspiration from you and others!

Yah! I look forward to “meeting” you Gayle!  I plan to be there.  I have made lemonade out of lemons this week!  I will share more on zoom!

I asked a similar question in the fb group.  When I first tried this, I would feel ok with 5 bites, then 20-30 minutes later I would get a primal hunger sensation.  All I can say is the body is fighting you, but if you stay strong – the feeling subsides in a short time.  Then you are fine until the next meal.  Same thing happened after second mea…[Read more]
