I have already noticed the following changes since doing the 5 bite diet:

• My dry skin on both arms has cleared up – and I put no lotion on my arms!
• My knee joint pain is gone.
• My hand joints are feeling much better.
• I am able to walk and step up/down stairs more easily.

Hi everyone – happy to report I am on a roll again with my reset!  Down -10 pounds in a week at today’s weigh-in!!  Going for a repeat this week.  My total is -16 with 5-bite and -42 from my all time high.

My knuckles already feel better on day 2 of commitment.

I have had a not great week, but I am not giving up!!  I am going to restart tomorrow (Saturday). I don’t believe I have every been through three perfect days in a row yet – which probably explains why I keep starting/stopping.
