So many I rewatch!!! All Shelly’s.  All Chloe’s, all Gayle’s, all Inna’s.  I get so much inspiration from the archived chats.

I will make a note next time I see one that is a favorite!

What an exciting time! I remember being afraid my wedding dress was not going to fit due to my lack of control over girl scout cookies!!  Thankful for Dr. Lewis’ 5 bite diet!  It gives is back the control!

Thank you! I am feeling better and wearing smaller pants/shorts!! Definitely feel like I am on a roll!

I am always surprised how quickly aches, pains, and joints feel when you lose a few pounds.

I hear ya. I have had so many false starts. I just recently asked my doc for medicine to help me.  It is helping me stick to it finally!   It is new, so time will tell.  But I am finally feeling like I can do this as written!

I work from home too.  I bought a cute kitchen open/closed sign as a visual reminder when not to get food!  It was from amazon.  It helps me especially at night when watching tv.

Also get the food out of sight.  It helps so much not to “see” food on the kitchen counters when you are home. Amazing trick really! Out of sight is out of mind!…[Read more]

Thank you Shelly!!  I am on day 5 of my newer reset!!  I have never gotten to day 5 so well before!!

Shelly – I have had luck just telling myself no snacks are allowed.  The yes/no brain decision is much easier than trying to moderate snacks.  I also watch the clock.  If I wait until 1 pm at least – my day goes better.  If I eat lunch earlier – I have a hard time getting through until dinner. At 10 am I take my caffeine.   Cheering you on!!
