I get inspiration fro you too Michelle!!  Thanks for the kind words. Scale was down this morning!!  Woohoo!  I will probably wait until Monday to check again.  But I could feel it this morning so I had to peek!

I am focused today!!  Last week – I lost focus.  Still down 1 pound, but this week I am going to be perfect!!

Before I tried 5 bite diet – I made a no snacking rule for myself.
