<p style=”text-align: left;”>I recall (and believe) it is because it takes energy to run the GI tract – so you actually work off more carbon running it for the tiny meals than not at all.</p>

cross posting from fb – I have arrived. Dr. Lewis told me to have 5 bites of my “red light” food and stop. I told him no way. It has been weeks since he suggested this to me. With the help of Dr. Lewis and the slimming station – I have lost more than double the weight I have ever lost before!! This time is different! This time I am learning to enjoy all the foods – in tiny moderation! I am finally done with all or nothing thinking!!
