That is a good question, and there have been a few times I have gone into old ways. What helped me the most to stop stress eating is that I only eat at meal times. I do mainly real food. I do have bars on hand if needed for on the go or if I am craving sweet.

For all the bigger girls out there – this plan has helped me more than any other I have ever tried – and there have been many!!-80 with slimming station and -106 from all time high!!
2024 will be my year to reach goal!!
