Wow that is such great introduction to what you have tried!! Glad this is working so well! And yes, I think a bunch of us think why aren’t more people doing this!! And why do they not teach the carbon metabolism in school!??

Thank you!! The routine is what is getting me there. Following a routine is easier than making food decisions all day long. My head has not caught up. But I am so happy with my progress looking at pictures.

In the zoom chats, Dr. Lewis says that running the gi tract twice a day for the tiny 5 bites burns more metabolism than straight fasting. Maybe that is why. congrats on your success!

That is a good question, and there have been a few times I have gone into old ways. What helped me the most to stop stress eating is that I only eat at meal times.
