Woohoo!!!

As we discussed on the zoom – 4×4 = 16 pounds a month!  That is 208 pounds a year!!!!  Still amazing!!!

Chloe demonstrated similar results as Michael following the plan. I would agree with you.

We went on the ride – so much fun!!

The before was the week I joined slimming station I think… near that time anyway.

The most important thing we do is never give up!!!  Staying on a roll is an amazing feeling!!! Hope I make it to tonight’s call on time.  Been struggling with schedule to get home on time (and with privacy!) .
